FOUNDER & CEO
Mr. Rahman has over 20 years of experience in increasingly senior roles at major FMCG companies such as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, and DKSH. Between 2005 and 2023, he rapidly progressed from positions in brand management to sales, trade marketing, operational excellence, and analytics leadership roles across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and other Asian markets.
After leading regional sales and go-to-market teams at Reckitt Benckiser, Mr. Rahman joined DKSH in 2018, working in operational excellence, commercial excellence, and analytics leadership roles before becoming Senior Director of the Group Field Activation team across Asia, an operation of 1,500 retail store merchandisers.
Mr. Rahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Khulna University.
